Lapsi Titaura is made from lapsi (Hog Plum/Choerospondias axillaries), which is native fruit from Nepal. It is mixed with salt, sugar, chilly and spices. It is sour, sweet and spicy in taste. The plum lapsi, contains a high level of vitamin C.
